Kami PT. Bersama Selaras, sebagai perusahaan yang ditunjuk oleh PT. HM Sampoerna untuk melakukan perekrutan kandidat untuk menempati posisi sebagai REE (Retail Engagement Executive).

Setelah berhasil melakukan perekrutan 35 orang REE untuk PT. HM Sampoerna, maka kami kembali melakukan perekrutan untuk REE yang akan ditempatkan di Luar Jawa, dengan area meliputi :

 Indonesia Timur, Kalimantan, Bali dan Nusa Tenggara

Bersama ini kami ingin menyampaikan info lowongan kerja tersebut kepada alumni mahasiswa dari Universitas Udayana Bali.

Besar harapan kami dalam proses seleksi ini bisa diikuti oleh alumni, dan pada akhirnya nanti bisa terpilih menjadi kandidat untuk bergabung di PT. HM Sampoerna.

  2. PERSYARATAN UMUM: WNI berusia 18 s/d 35 tahun, memiliki KTP yang berlaku, berbadan sehat jasmani dan rohani, serta memenuhi persyaratan kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai lowongan formasi yang diminati.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Must possess good communication and problem solving skills
  • Applicants must be able to work independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations, have the ability to take leadership roles on various engagements and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Experience with multi-national firms would be an advantage

 

Responsibilities:
